No more odors or contaminants - just PURE AIR

The Different Types of Indoor Air Cleaners

Indoor air cleaners are great for reducing all types of air pollution including but not limited to cleaning contaminated air of indoor environment byproducts such as ozone, the many types of indoor air particles, allergens, tobacco smoke, and odors as well as commercial air pollution issues such as benzene, mold, and other harmful chemicals etc.

Indoor furnace filters are not made for removing dust and fine air particles. Instead replacement filters made of pleated paper like products are an inexpensive alternative while providing substantial gains in air filtering and thus cleaning efficiency. Every few months, these air filters will start gathering up all sorts of pollutants and air particles which will block the air circulation, therefore it is advisable to replace them occasionally.

Electrostatic air cleaning devices for indoor residential or indoor office can be placed into the ductwork near the air conditioning unit or furnace. The dust particles are charged with electricity and are then in turn displaced on another unit of based on an oppositely charged area. Make sure that this plate is removed carefully and cleaned periodically. The primary disadvantages are cost based and the cost of installation and legwork necessary for wiring. Operational costs will also be in place for this air cleaning solution for indoor areas.

HEPA or High Efficiency Particulate Air filters have advanced standards of quality testing in closed indoor workshop and swot analysis application to capture miniscule air particles- cleaning the surround air with great efficiency. These filters come included with prefilters that prevent overclogging too quickly. This type is expensive, with the prefilter needing to replaced annually, and the HEPA filter every few years (2 or 3). All in all this can amount to a costly air cleaning indoor alternative.
